Who we are

ResumeBuzz is a resume and job-search service operated by OYE Creations LLC ("we", "us", "ResumeBuzz"). These terms govern your use of buzzresume.com, the builder, the audit, the Job Tracker, and the Second Chance job board at block.buzzresume.com (together, the "Service"). If anything here is unclear, reach us through the chat bubble on any ResumeBuzz page before you rely on it.

What you get

What the Service does

ResumeBuzz gives you tools to audit, draft, and improve your resume and cover letter, to tailor them to a job description, and to find and track openings. The AI tools produce drafts, scores, and suggestions. Some plans include a professionally written resume or CV prepared by a human writer. The Service is a job-search aid. It is not a guarantee of a job, an interview, or any other outcome.

AI content

AI drafts and your responsibility

Our AI tools are powered by the Claude API from Anthropic, working from the details you provide. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or generic, and it does not know your full history. Always treat the output as a starting draft. Before you send a resume or cover letter to any employer, you are responsible for reviewing it, verifying that every fact is accurate, and making it genuinely yours. We do not warrant that generated content is correct, original, or suitable for any particular role or application.

Who can use it

Eligibility

ResumeBuzz is built for people in the job market, and you must be at least 16 years old to use it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using it, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Optional accounts

Your account

The audit works without an account. The builder and Job Tracker need one. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity that happens under it. Keep your information accurate, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Honest use

Acceptable use

ResumeBuzz is here to help you present your real experience at its best, not to invent one. By using the Service you agree that:

• The credentials, history, and claims in anything you submit to an employer are truthful and your own.
• You will not use the Service to fabricate qualifications, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity or achievements.
• You will not break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or post content that is unlawful, hateful, or violates someone else's privacy or intellectual property.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and you will not resell or bulk-extract it without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for what you submit to employers and programs. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service or these terms.

Pricing

Payments and refunds

The audit and free builder previews cost nothing. Paid options are the Pro Membership monthly subscription and a one-time Human Written CV or Resume service. Pro Membership includes unlimited AI resume builds subject to a fair-use policy to prevent automated or abusive use; normal individual use is never affected. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

• Pro Membership starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost. After the trial it renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time, with no contract, and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
• AI drafts are generated and delivered to you immediately, so once a draft is generated, AI purchases are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong on our end, contact us and we will make it right.
• Human-written resumes and CVs are a service we begin after purchase, and a writer reaches out within 24 hours. If you need to cancel before work has started, contact us.
• We may change prices going forward. A change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Your work

Who owns what

Your content is yours. The details you enter and the resumes and cover letters you produce belong to you, and you are free to edit, use, and submit them. Our platform is ours. The ResumeBuzz software, design, branding, scoring, and underlying prompts and tooling are owned by OYE Creations LLC and are not transferred to you. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal use of the Service.

The honest part

No guarantee of results

We do not promise that using ResumeBuzz will get you a job, an interview, or any callback. Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers on their own criteria. The Job Tracker pulls from public job-listing sources, and you should always verify a posting and an employer's policies directly before applying. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

The legal part

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OYE Creations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost jobs, lost opportunities, or the consequences of content you chose to submit. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending things

Suspension and termination

You can stop using ResumeBuzz and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive termination.

Updates

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Where this applies

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New Mexico, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
